Job summary

Billy Reid is seeking a retail sales specialist in Chicago to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality on the sales floor. You will build product knowledge and collaborate with teammates to drive sales while maintaining an elevated store environment.

You will support omni-channel efforts, manage inventory, and uphold Billy Reid standards. Evening and weekend availability is expected to optimize store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with peers to achieve sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop product knowledge to guide clients through options on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to implement sales strategies and increase sales.
• Work with store director to set and exceed sales goals.
• Drive sales through strong customer relationships and service.
• Support omni-channel initiatives including web order fulfillment and email opt-in.
• Maintain inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping/receiving.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and organized.
• Operate in compliance with Billy Reid policies and procedures.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience
• Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor
• Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales
• Collaborate with store director to set, meet & exceed sales goals
• Drive sales through service & customer relationshipsUtilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers
• Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
• Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
• Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures
• Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner
