Job summary

Roller Rabbit is seeking a temporary on-site sales associate for a 1-month term (12/1/26–1/15/27) at our The Woodlands location. You’ll deliver premier customer service, drive daily sales, and share knowledge about our distinctive fashion and lifestyle products.

Ideal candidates will have retail or client-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage tasks while supporting store operations and events. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred, but training may be provided.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and clearly explain features and benefits.
• Build a loyal client base and provide personalized service.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and store operations.
• Maintain neat, stocked sales floor and process shipments.
• Record client contact information in the brand database.
• Collaborate with management on in-store events and promotions.

SALES GENERATION/CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets provided by Management while providing the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits during the selling process.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base and retain customer loyalty by providing clients with personalized service.
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry, interior design, and market trends.
• Provide Management with product feedback on product selling, customer feedback, etc.
• Effectively capture and record client contact information in both personal client book and brand database.
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction, and reaching out for assistance when needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients for special store activity: new product arrivals, in-store events, and promotions.

OPERATIONS

• Assist Management in all operational tasks, including visual merchandising.
• Assist Management in all opening/closing tasks including, but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, placing/storing product.
• Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
• Assist in processing shipment when received.
• Manage cash register functions with accuracy.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a retail/customer service based industry preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have the ability to take direction from Management and execute given tasks.
• Must be a quick learner.
• Must be an individual who possesses drive, is goal oriented, and has an entrepreneurial outlook.
• Flexibility and dependability with schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds.
• Great time management and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
