Rugged Trade, LLC in Hagerman Heights, NM is seeking a Sales Floor Associate to create exceptional customer experiences and drive sales on the shop floor.

You will engage customers, recommend products, process transactions, and support merchandising while maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

About the Role

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and building lasting relationships. This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy connecting with people, learning about products, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
