HOHM is designing custom engineered, & sound-blocking pods for sleep, work, and more. Our goal is to create a network of our pods across the US all controllable & bookable via our mobile app. Our cutting-edge Indoor & now Outdoor rest pods are designed to provide relaxation, privacy, and tranquility in various settings, from public spaces to personal retreats.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a remote, & independent PT salesperson to join our dynamic team and help us expand our footprint in the market for our various Outdoor Pods, which are seeing a huge demand from consumers. This position is pivotal to our growth strategy and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales. As a Salesperson at HOHM, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales for our Outdoor pods from a list of leads provided to you.

If you're in the LA, or Southern California area, it's preferred to be able to show off our LA demo pod to prospective buyers.

Right now we have too many warm Inbound Leads and not enough people to tackle them hence this role!

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and manage a list of leads to identify potential customers interested in our Outdoor Pods.

- Conduct thorough research and needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of each potential client.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and repeat business.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns.

- Present our outdoor pod solutions to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a seamless transition to the delivery and installation process.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the tech, or consumer product space.

Really if you can sell most products, you can sell this!

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your own leads.

- A passion for our products and a genuine interest in enhancing the rest and relaxation experience for customers.

-Experience with Google Sheets & Google Docs.

- Experience with CRM software (Hubspot) and/or sales tracking tools is a plus.

Compensation:

This position is hourly + commission-based, with commission breakdown to be discussed during our introductory call. Looking for someone to be Part-Time to start, at about 20 hours per week, but eventually will transition to Full-Time. At HOHM, we believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication to achieving our sales targets.

Again, right now we have way too many Inbound leads and need help closing them.
