Sales Representative – Building Products

Hendersonville, NC or Wilmington, NC

Full-Time | On-Site with Local Travel

We’re currently hiring two Sales Representatives to join our growing team—one based in Hendersonville, NC and one in Wilmington, NC. These positions are ideal for motivated individuals who are skilled at building relationships, managing project pipelines, and following through from quote to close.

What We Sell

We supply and install specialty building products for single-family, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. Products include:

• Frameless and framed shower doors
• Closet systems and bath partitions
• Mirrors and bath hardware
• Shutters, blinds, and window coverings
• Fire extinguisher boxes and other specialty fixtures

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, and project managers
• Quoting and managing multiple projects across different product categories
• Tracking project timelines and coordinating with internal teams
• Providing exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-install follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (building materials or construction industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and project-tracking abilities
• Self-motivated with a focus on follow-through
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
