Job summary

Roofing Talent America (RTA) is hiring a commercial roofing salesperson in Southern California. You will build pipeline, close deals, and own growth in the Gardena market with strong operational backing from an early-stage PE-backed platform.

You’ll need a proven sales track record, a hunter mindset, and the ability to meet clients on site. The role offers uncapped commission, a car allowance, PTO, and medical benefits as part of a competitive package.

The opportunity:

This position is for a strong commercial roofing salesperson who wants more backing, more structure, and a larger growth potential. You’ll be joining an early-stage PE-backed platform in Southern California, backed by established brands, strong operations, and real acquisition capital. The platform is investing in sales now because the existing companies have strong reputations but want to expand their sales function even further.

The business is intentionally shifting its sales culture toward true hunters who generate pipeline, not order takers relying on inbound leads. If you can build relationships, identify opportunities, and close work, the earning potential is significant. You will have autonomy in the market, operational backing from an experienced team, and the stability of a financially disciplined contractor.
