Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a program leader to own the end-to-end Salesforce Workforce Management roadmap for field operations, translating priorities into executable plans with milestones and measurable outcomes. The role coordinates dependencies across product, field operations, Salesforce engineering, architecture, data, integrations, security, QA, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Program or delivery leadership for Salesforce initiatives, preferably WFM or field service.
• Proficiency with roadmap management and cross-team dependency coordination.
• Experience establishing governance across multi-epic programs with scope, capacity, risk and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of the Salesforce WFM roadmap with milestones and outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies across product, field operations, Salesforce engineering, data, integrations, security, QA and external partners.
• Establish governance across multiple epics by managing priorities, scope, capacity, risks, decisions and delivery commitments.
• Drive release readiness across development, testing, UAT, deployment, training and post-launch support.
• Maintain roadmap and Jira backlog with scope, owners, dependencies, acceptance criteria and target dates.
• Lead planning sessions, status meetings, dependency reviews and risk discussions; track decisions and follow up actions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve requirements and remove blockers.
• Coordinate test readiness, deployment planning, change management and hypercare.
• Prepare leadership updates and delivery dashboards covering milestones, capacity, risks and overall program health.

Our client seeks a program leader to own the end-to-end Salesforce Workforce Management roadmap for field operations. The role shall translate business priorities into executable plans with milestones and measurable outcomes. The leader shall coordinate dependencies across product, field operations, Salesforce engineering, architecture, data, integrations, security, QA, and external partners. The program shall apply consistent governance across multiple epics, managing priorities, scope, capacity, risks, decisions, and delivery commitments. The role shall drive release readiness across development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, training, and post-launch support to minimize operational disruption and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, resource constraints, and delivery risks.

Rate: $55.00 to $63.78/hr. w2

• Prepare leadership updates and delivery dashboards covering milestone progress, capacity, risks, issues, decisions, and overall program health.

Experience Requirements:

• Program or delivery leadership for Salesforce initiatives, preferably Salesforce WFM or field service domains.
• Proficiency with roadmap management, Jira backlog administration, and cross-team dependency coordination.
• Experience establishing governance across multi-epic programs with scope, capacity, risk, and decision management.
• Proven release management across development, testing, UAT, deployment, training, and hypercare.
• Executive-ready communication with clear status, risk, and decision escalation.
