Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Mid-Level UX Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the user experience of Salesforce-powered applications, delivering sleek, user-centric interfaces for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom UX components and interfaces within Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Customize and configure Service Cloud to support business workflows and improve usability.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, effective UX/UI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including product managers, Salesforce architects, and developers.
• Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs that align with brand and usability standards.
• Utilize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components effectively.
• Perform user testing and iterate based on feedback.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in front-end/UX development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
