Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team on a long-term, impactful project for a government or public sector client. This role is ideal for a technically proficient and self-driven professional who is passionate about enterprise-grade development, enjoys working in a fast-paced Agile environment, and wants to contribute to solutions that make a difference in people’s lives.

As a senior developer, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP solutions. You will work closely with technical leads, solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to build, customize, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics platform to meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom business solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP) platform.
• Customize Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, and Operations as per project needs.
• Create workflows, plugins, integrations, Power Automate flows, and custom business logic using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Develop model-driven and canvas apps using PowerApps for specific business functions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party and legacy systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, REST APIs, and Webhooks.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide input on best practices and future-state roadmaps.
• Manage and execute data migration activities, including transformation and mapping from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability by following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate within a SAFe Agile team, attend daily stand-ups, and contribute to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, task management, and release planning.
• Produce detailed documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and release notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM & ERP).
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong background in building and managing system integrations using Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for code management and deployment automation.
• Experience with data migrations using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or custom data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with customizing Dynamics 365 using XRMToolBox, Ribbon Workbench, and Configuration Migration Tool.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application lifecycle management, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile or similar scaled Agile environment is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• SAFe Agile certification or formal training is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the public sector or working with government clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, MB-300, MB-500, or MB-910/920.
• Background in performance tuning and diagnostics using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Fiddler.
• Knowledge of security models, role-based access control, and compliance features in Dynamics 365.
