Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to drive customer journeys and omnichannel campaigns, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. You will leverage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Marketing Cloud APIs to deliver scalable solutions across the business.

The role emphasizes deep SFMC expertise, audience segmentation, and data integrations; Financial Services or Automotive sector experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, marketing technology, digital product development, or enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Marketing Cloud APIs.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Automotive Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading external vendors, implementation partners, or managed service providers.
• Strong background in customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
• Financial Services and/or Automotive industry experience preferred.

Work Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, marketing technology, digital product development, or enterprise applications.

• Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, campaign automation, and omnichannel marketing.
• Knowledge of SQL, Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, and customer data integrations.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and attribution reporting.
• Proven ability to balance platform strategy, technical delivery, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Marketing, Product, Technology, and business teams.
