Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives in Phoenix. You will drive modernization, migration, and transformation programs, aligning business goals with technical execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience with Salesforce delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a track record coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams in Agile, DevOps, and release cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with significant Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, risk, issue, budget, and resource management skills.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementation, modernization, migration, and transformation programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with significant Salesforce project delivery experience.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, technical teams, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, risk, issue, budget, and resource management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Banking, financial services, payments, or other regulated-industry experience.
