Job summary

TEKsystems in Orlando, FL seeks an expert Salesforce Technical Lead and SME to drive Prism initiative modernization of Premium Services operations. The internal Salesforce authority will guide architecture, governance, and integrations with enterprise systems.

The role supports the Prism lifecycle and long-term platform scalability, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to establish best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong Salesforce architecture and leadership of enterprise implementations.
• Experience overseeing third-party implementation partners.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• API-driven architecture understanding and Salesforce DX experience.
• Experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
• Hospitality, travel, reservations, ticketing, guest services or customer experience background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce architecture and technical design discussions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL and related tech.
• Review and evaluate vendor-delivered Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical governance and implementation oversight.
• Architect and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Identify process automation and business optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities like Agentforce and AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Business stakeholders.
• Establish internal Salesforce knowledge and best practices.
• Support long-term platform scalability and extensibility across Premium Services initiatives.
