Job summary

Coastal is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in PRM to lead enterprise engagements, guiding clients through design, implementation, and optimization of partner networks and co-sell programs.

You will own the PRM architecture, advise on Salesforce Experience Cloud, manage complex integrations and data migrations, and partner with Coastal and client teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive partner-channel revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience developing Salesforce PRM/Experience Cloud solutions, including Apex, LWC, API integrations, and data migrations.
• 3+ years developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and data migrations.
• 2+ years creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations.
• 5+ years of experience delivering full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and strategic technical roadmap for enterprise Salesforce PRM implementations.
• Serve as the technical authority on Salesforce Experience Cloud, partner portals, channel management workflows, and PRM integrations.
• Drive large opportunities by segment or industry verticals and ensure technical wins in top accounts.
• Collaborate with Coastal and client teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Perform Salesforce administration/configuration/data migration duties as directed.
