Job summary

ETS is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Order Management and Commerce Cloud (B2C). This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management to deliver platform transformations.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on Salesforce expertise and proven experience guiding engineering teams through complex projects and large-scale migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture, including Order Management and Commerce Cloud (B2C).
• 5+ years in engineering leadership role managing teams and projects.
• Salesforce certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement robust Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Manage all engineering activities within the Salesforce ecosystem, with emphasis on Order Management capabilities.
• Oversee migration of workloads from homegrown legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering growth and accountability.
• Successfully scale delivery velocity by collaborating with external partners and optimizing team performance.
• Partner with product and technology teams to align engineering efforts with strategic priorities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance

The Salesforce Technical Lead will lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Order Management and Commerce Cloud (B2C). This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management to drive platform transformation and ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands‑on Salesforce expertise and proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Define and implement robust Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Manage all engineering activities within the Salesforce ecosystem, with emphasis on Order Management capabilities.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including Order Management and Commerce Cloud (B2C).
• 5+ years in engineering leadership role managing teams and projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale platform transformations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns (MuleSoft experience a plus).
• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable

• The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
