The Clinical Solutions Architect (CSA) Sales Engineer provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Sales organization including scoping and quoting the technical, functional, and clinical capabilities of Baxter's Care Communications product portfolio which includes Nurse Call Systems, Real Time Location Systems (RTLS), Patient Engagement Systems, Clinical Communication and Collaboration Systems and Clinical Alert Integration and Medical Device Integration.

You will assist with customer communication, education, and presentations including collaboration with sales team counterparts to acquire all vital information to accurately scope and quote clinical solutions.

You will be a part of a large network of Clinical Solutions Architect's that cover various regions throughout the United States. In this role you will report into the Clinical Solutions Architect Manager for your region.

This is a full-time remote position; however, the ideal candidate must reside in either California or Nevada to support business needs within the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Capture customer scoping information based on customer requirements, sales input, floor plans, and technical/clinical assessments
• Generate Architecture Diagrams, Quotes, Statements of Work (SoW), Change Orders, and Concessions, and manage them from inception to receipt of a purchase order (PO)
• Provide project/order documentation to Order Management and Service Delivery Teams

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) or 6+ years direct experience, with a supporting technical certification such as those offered by Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, and ISC2
• Minimum 5 years in a sales engineer, implementation engineer, system administrator, architect, or project management role preferably in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with clinical technology systems
• IT and new technology installation experience/training

This position can be located remotely within the US, except for Colorado.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 to $140,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
