• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
• FSL components: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App.
• SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML processing, Named Credentials.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits.
• CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring developers.

Job Description

Salesforce FSL Technical Lead with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations, and Salesforce Architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in designing and implementing scalable Field Service solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, and leading technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Salesforce experience with 3+ Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
• Expertise in FSL (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App)
• Experience with SAP Integrations, REST/SOAP APIs,JSON/XML Processing, Named Credentials, Middleware and SAP integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices
• Ability to perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor developers

Architecture & Design

Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, Security Model, Sharing & Visibility, Large Data Volume (LDV), Performance Optimization, Integration Patterns& Enterprise Application Architecture

Preferred Certifications

• Platform Developer I/II

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Field Service Lighitning.Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
