Qualifications

5-8 years Salesforce experience with 3+ FSL projects.
Hands-on Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Platform Events.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Platform Events, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, Custom Metadata Types.
FSL components: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatcher Console, Mobile App.
SAP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML processing, Named Credentials.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and governor limits.
CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
Code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

Lead FSL technical design and development.
Drive solution architecture and integration design.
Review Apex, LWC, Integration, Flow designs and enforce best practices.
Resolve complex production issues.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Develop scalable, high-performing solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
