Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
Salesforce Platform Developer II and other Salesforce certifications preferred.
High-quality Salesforce customizations and integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.
Implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support for critical business processes.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with architects and project teams during design and release planning activities.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
