Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Implement scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support for critical business processes.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation, and Security Model.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Sharing Architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns.
• Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar DevOps tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service (FSL), or Agentforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Migration and Data Loader tools.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
