Job summary

CloudIngest INC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will drive secure, scalable, and maintainable architectures aligned with enterprise objectives.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide integration strategies across Salesforce and connected enterprise applications to deliver successful digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Experience establishing Salesforce organizations and defining enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Healthcare Payer domain experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description Role Summary UST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, enterprise integrations, security architecture, data management, and technical governance. This role will provide overall technical direction for Salesforce programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives. The Technical Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, development teams, and client leadership to define solution strategies and drive successful delivery across Salesforce and integrated enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture & Technical Leadership Provide overall technical direction for Salesforce implementations across multiple business domains and delivery teams. Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including application architecture, integration design, security model, data architecture, and platform standards. Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions leveraging Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, Flows, and Salesforce Industry Cloud capabilities. Establish technical governance, architecture review processes, development standards, coding best practices, and deployment strategies. Lead architecture decisions for greenfield Salesforce implementations, Salesforce organization setup, and enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Technology Leadership to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture standards.

Solution Design & Integration Architect

Integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, APIs, MuleSoft, ETL platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-native services. Define integration patterns, API strategies, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization approaches. Design solutions for high-volume data processing, master data management, data migration, and reporting requirements. Guide teams on system performance optimization, governor limits, security best practices, and platform scalability.

Technical Delivery Oversight

Provide technical oversight and mentorship to Salesforce developers, leads, and administrators. Review technical designs, code quality, deployment readiness, and solution compliance with architectural standards. Drive resolution of complex technical challenges and provide alternative solution approaches. Participate in estimation, planning, risk assessment, and release management activities.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead client-facing technical discussions, architecture workshops, and solution demonstrations. Support proposal creation, technical roadmaps, innovation initiatives, and strategic technology recommendations.

Required Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and development. Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise digital transformation programs. Hands-on experience establishing new Salesforce organizations and defining enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards. Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Lightning Platform. Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading geographically distributed teams. Healthcare Payer domain experience is highly preferred.
