The role involves hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms, plus mentoring the team and driving best practices. You will translate functional requirements into technical designs, data models, and integration strategies, including REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and hands‑on development across Salesforce platforms.
• Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Review designs and code to ensure quality, security, and best practices.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering standards across the team.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Analyze production issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Support release management, deployments, CI/CD, and environment management.
