Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our on-site team in Sacramento. This role will support a local real estate firm by designing and overseeing Salesforce solutions that enhance client management, property tracking, and overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, a strong background in Salesforce architecture, and the ability to lead teams in delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the firm’s real estate business processes.
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and real estate-focused workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Architect and manage API integrations with MLS systems, property management software, and financial tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and secure designs.
• Ensure data governance, compliance, and security best practices are maintained.
• Conduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance for quality assurance.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and real estate technology trends to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Knowledge of real estate or property management systems preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect strongly desired.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be available to work on-site in Sacramento full-time.
