Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple workstreams. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, and drive CI/CD practices, security, and scalable design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II and Administrator preferred.
• Salesforce Architect certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using best practices.
• Own technical design sessions, document solutions, and identify gaps.
• Define coding standards and reusable patterns across the team.
• Lead code and design reviews; ensure quality gates before promotions.
• Partner with Architects on integration, data model, and org strategy.
• Break down epics into tasks; manage delivery across sprints.
• Own release strategy, sandbox management, and CI/CD health.
• Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and define patterns for the team.
• Establish responsible AI standards and governance practices.
• Mentor developers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
