Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to own architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will mentor juniors, collaborate with Product Owners and Architects, and ensure secure, scalable implementations aligned with business goals.

You will participate in sprint demos, support deployments, and help improve application design and processes. Lennar emphasizes growth, learning, and building quality homes with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or Salesforce Admin/Platform Developer I certification.
• Understanding of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with SCRUM or Agile environments.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Capture, Design, and Implement Salesforce platform solutions using best practices.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance.
• Perform unit, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to improve code coverage.
• Collaborate with Product Owners/Architects on end-to-end solutions.
• Communicate risks and design patterns to engineering teams.
• Support integrations and provide Tier 3 assistance.
