Job summary

AXP Technologies is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to design and deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing and Experience Clouds, plus MuleSoft integrations.

You will lead technical design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and ensure delivery aligns with best practices and enterprise standards. Strong communication with stakeholders and multi-cloud integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce implementation experience (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
• Lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for enterprise projects.
• Experience as Technical Architect with conceptual and logical data models and high/low level design.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to analyze business needs and requirements.
• At least one Salesforce Certification.
• Experience with Agile development and Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales, Marketing, Service, Experience Clouds, and MuleSoft.
• Act as technical SME; present design walkthroughs to developers and client product owners.
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members and enforce Salesforce best practices.
• Own build, testing handover, documentation and deployment activities across environments.
• Lead review of user stories; translate requirements to technical specs and plan capacity with Product Managers.
• Identify gaps between requirements and Salesforce stack; suggest changes aligning with architecture.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth and SSO.
• Migrate changes via CI tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, ANT.
• Manage risks, issues and cross-dependencies; communicate with teams and client.
• Debug production issues and contribute to technical approaches and design docs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to continuously improve the Product Roadmap.
• Coordinate with Architects to reduce portfolio complexity and improve interoperability.
• Innovate with iterative, user-centric approaches.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Deliver Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft platform
• Play technical SME role on projects to design Salesforce Solution design, provide technical walk-through to Salesforce developers and client features owners
• Provide technical leadership on projects by providing necessary guidance to junior team members to follow Salesforce best practices
• Key resource for Salesforce technical delivery - Build, System Testing handover/co-ordination, Tech. documentation and deployment activities
• Play lead in reviewing features/user-stories, convert functional requirements to technical requirements, estimate user stories, plan team capacity and work closely with Product Managers
• Ability to analyze/identify gaps in functional/business requirements, discuss with functional and business product owners on required changes that aligns with Salesforce product stack and architecture
• Design integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
• Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT
• Manage risks and issues as well as cross dependencies with other teams, Communicate effectively with internal teams and client to address technical design and functional gaps.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve technical issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system.
• Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
• Works closely with the Product Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the Product Line roadmap
• Collaborates with other Architects to reduce complexity across the portfolio, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions across the portfolio.
• Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall experience in Salesforce implementation in Sales Cloud and Service.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for enterprise-level projects
• Experience with Technical Architect functions in Conceptual Data model, Logic Data model, High level Design & Low-Level Design.
• Experience with Salesforce solution design, development, and integration in the (Sales & Service)
• Interact directly with client stakeholders and business end users to analyze their business
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Reusable framework and Factory Method, Strong working knowledge of Salesforce relevant technologies: Apex, Lightning/LWC
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present ideas in a clear manner to non-Salesforce teams
• Minimum of one Salesforce Certification
• Experience of building in Agile Development Methodology
• Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience
• Additional Salesforce Certifications Preferred - Application Architect and System Architect
