Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on complex projects with leadership in system integration.
• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience.
• 3+ years using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.
• 2+ years of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• 2+ years designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned with agency needs and Salesforce capabilities.
• Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models, integration, and environment strategy.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforce solution and data models for agency-specific needs.
• Design for multi-agency reuse with reusable intake and engagement patterns.
• Ensure agency use cases fit into standardized accelerators rather than silos.
• Architect data flows and cross-agency analytics.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Salesforce architecture experienceand deepexpertiseacross the Salesforce ecosystem.A successfulcandidate will have thestrategic vision toarchitectreusable, cross-agency solutions that serve diverse public sector use cases whilemaintainingsecurity and scalability.

Duties

• Define full architecture blueprint including business processes, integration, data, security, and components.
• Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies and agency’s needs byleveragingthe Salesforce platform capabilities (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,OmniStudio, Data Cloud, MuleSoft,Agentforce, Tableau).
• Define system boundaries, guardrails, data models,integrationand environment strategy.
• Extend Public Sector Salesforcesolutionand data models for specific needs of agencies.
• Design for multi-agency reuse, i.e., reusable intake and engagement solution patterns (Portals and Omni-Channels).
• Ensure Agency use cases (e.child welfare, licensing, investigation) fit into standardized Salesforce accelerators instead of creating custom silos.
• Architect data flows and cross agency analytics.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 7+years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
• 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and solution design experience
• 3+years of experiencein using Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft.
• 2+ years of experience in designing large multi-org or multi-tenant Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• 1+yearsof experience in Salesforce Shield, encryption, and platform security.
• 1+years of experiencein Salesforce Marketing Cloud
