Job summary

eNGINE is seeking a hands-on Salesforce System Analyst & Administrator to modernize internal systems and scale operations for a technology-driven B2B organization. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, guide solutions from discovery to adoption, and own Salesforce administration with a focus on data integrity and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, revenue operations, or related discipline within a growing organization.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce and designing functional solutions, including data models, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting Salesforce beyond a basic sales pipeline, including service processes or integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Strong change management practices: impact assessment, testing, deployment coordination, and user adoption.
• Experience participating in integrations involving multiple business platforms (CRM, ERP, ecommerce, marketing automation, telephony, BI).
• Proficiency with AI and LLM tools to improve research, analysis, documentation, and workflows with data privacy in mind.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a prioritized roadmap for business systems improvements aligned with leadership objectives and measurable business value.
• Evaluate requests, distinguish urgent needs from longer-term improvements, and help stakeholders decide priorities.
• Identify how data moves across systems and establish reliable sources of truth with engineering.
• Reduce manual work, improve data quality, and increase productivity across the organization.
• Partner with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and Vendor Relations to understand needs and coordinate enhancements.
• Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Own the functional administration of Salesforce, establishing standards for data fields, objects, layouts, workflows, and reporting.
• Configure Salesforce functionality including flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs for Service Cloud, case management, marketing automation, telephony, and ERP integrations.
• Coordinate configuration changes through testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with data owners and engineering to strengthen data integrity and access controls.
• Coordinate delivery of initiatives from discovery through testing, rollout, training, and post-launch follow-up.
• Work with engineers, consultants, and integration partners to connect Salesforce with CRM/ERP/ecommerce/marketing tools.
• Develop clear documentation, maintain a knowledge base, drive user adoption through training and feedback, and leverage AI-assisted workflows while respecting data privacy.
