Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance trade promotion processes and technology within the Salesforce ecosystem. This contract-to-hire hybrid role involves collaborating across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Growth teams and delivering robust Salesforce configurations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IS, CS, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms or TPM applications.
• Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Retail a plus.
• Strong understanding of trade promotion management, trade spend, deductions, accruals, and promotional planning processes.

Job description

The Salesforce Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the organization's trade promotion processes and technology solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is a contract to hire that is hybrid 3 days onsite in New York City

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer Teams to ensure trade promotions are accurately configured and executed.
• Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce enhancements and system changes.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, workflows, validations, reporting, dashboards, and security settings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms - TPM applications, or trade promotion business processes a huge plus
• Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Retail organizations a plus
• Strong understanding of trade promotion management, trade spend, deductions, accruals, and promotional planning processes.
