LTIMindtree in Bloomington, IL seeks a Salesforce Lead - Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 production support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will triage incidents, reproduce issues, analyze logs, and implement timely resolutions or workarounds using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring production controls, and supporting deployments while documenting root cause analyses and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 production support for Salesforce.
• Proficient with Apex, SOQL, SOSL and LWC.
• Ability to analyze logs and issues, provide timely resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely L1 and L2 support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
• Analyze and troubleshoot Apex code, triggers and Salesforce components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and API issues
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and production controls
• Document incidents and contribute to knowledge base
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition to production
• Escalate complex technical issues with detailed analysis
