About This Job

Are you a passionate Salesforce expert looking to make a significant impact? This Salesforce Strategic Architect role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth. You will be a key player in shaping our company's technology strategy, working closely with various teams to ensure our Salesforce platform meets evolving business needs. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly influence the success of our organization.

This position can work remotely in the US, with occasional travel to any of our locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions: You will architect and oversee the development of complex Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance: You will mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices for Salesforce development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: You will work closely with business users, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce performance: You will continuously monitor and improve the performance and scalability of our Salesforce environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies: You will proactively research and implement new Salesforce features and technologies to enhance our platform's capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: You will create and update comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions.
• Estimate project timelines and resources: You will accurately assess the time and resources required for Salesforce projects.

Required Qualifications
Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Knowledge/Skills

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including its various components and functionalities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, including SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Architect certification.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce administration tasks.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Primarily office-based work.
• May require occasional travel.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances. TIDI Products offers a competitive benefits package to eligible full-time employees, which currently includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer matching contributions, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, as well as paid sick leave in accordance with applicable law.
