About the Salesforce Sr. Program Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Verndale's fastest-growing practice areas. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with exciting brands, impact client growth, and play a key role in delivering value for our customers. The Sr. Program Manager will directly build and manage client relationships with a portfolio of 8-12 key accounts, and partner closely with Salesforce and the Verndale delivery team to ensure client satisfaction. This role is critical to internal communication and collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders have a pulse on client health, client expectations, and alignment with business priorities.


Responsibilities

  1. Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure you and the team have a consistent and clear understanding of expectations at all times.
  2. As the quarterback for client engagements, ensure that projects are successfully completed and partner with the delivery team to solve client challenges and escalate as appropriate.
  3. Be a key internal point of contact, providing ongoing communication focused on client health for your portfolio of clients.
  4. In partnership with practice leadership, expand Verndale’s reach and influence within each account.
  5. Work closely with practice leadership and Solution Consultants to build strategic roadmaps and identify and pitch new opportunities to your clients in pursuit of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  6. Drive the lifetime value (LTV) and overall satisfaction of each client.
  7. Build meaningful account plans that demonstrate an understanding of our clients' organizations, what they value, and how we are acting on growth opportunities.
  8. In conjunction with practice leadership and Solution Consultants, maintain high client satisfaction scores and retention rates.

Qualifications

  1. 5-7 years of experience in the delivery of digital projects, including digital experiences, digital marketing, eCommerce technologies, or similar.
  2. Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem and partnering cross-functionally to guide clients through complex implementations that solve their business needs.
  3. Keen understanding of the business and organizational needs of Salesforce clients and prospects.
  4. Comfort with navigating contract negotiations and occasional challenging conversations.
  5. Experience in an agency setting managing at an account portfolio level.
  6. Ability to deliver concise reports and compelling presentations to key stakeholders internally and externally.
  7. Experience recommending and applying digital experience strategy, digital marketing, and technical best practices.
  8. Strong contributor with high motivation and the ability to take initiative, set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance.
  9. Strong strategic selling skills. You know how to identify an opportunity, craft a solution and tell a compelling story.
  10. Comfortability and poise with clients at all levels of the organization. Must be a presence in the room, have excellent conversation skills, and have the ability to read people.
  11. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.
  12. Professional, detail oriented, methodical, and organized.
