Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations, reports and dashboards. You will manage the full life cycle from requirements through testing to post-production support and mentor staff.

The role includes implementing integrations and promoting best practices in release management across sandboxes. Strong communication with business teams and leadership is essential to drive operational

Experience configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of release management and sandbox deployment.
Ability to mentor and train staff.
Strong communication with business teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, document and deploy high-quality Force.com solutions.
Maintain, enhance, and create workflows and configurations within Salesforce.
Develop and manage Communities.
Proactively identify needed system changes.
Communicate changes to users in advance and provide guidance.
Create advanced reports and dashboards; respond to ad hoc requests.
Handle third-party integrations and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with leadership to determine Salesforce technologies and approaches.
Create project UI guides, training docs, and change requests.
Unit test deliverables and participate in user acceptance testing.
