Federal Express Corporation is seeking a data analytics professional to lead complex sales and customer performance analyses within a hybrid Memphis-based role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce platform experience, data modeling expertise, and a track record of turning business needs into scalable technical solutions using SQL, ETL pipelines, and APIs. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equiv. in business, finance, economics, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Five years of work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative problem solving, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Access, Excel, and other data tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including presentations.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience.

• Mentor less senior staff and manage multiple complex assignments.
