Job summary

Maximus in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms. You will design scalable integrations, mentor dev teams, and ensure governance, security, and compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex requirements into roadmaps, define CI/CD pipelines, and drive pre-sales activities, RFPs, and architecture reviews to deliver high-impact cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• 5–7 years Salesforce experience in architect roles and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch integrations.
