Job summary

BME Strategies seeks an Advisor, Salesforce Solutions to design and implement technology for public health operations. This remote role leverages public health experience to deliver practical Salesforce tools, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, tailored to multi-jurisdictional needs.

Joining the MEQI practice, you will collaborate with senior developers and architects, contribute to project design, pair programming, and agile ceremonies, and mentor junior staff while translating

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in relevant roles.
• 2+ years in a consulting firm environment.
• Hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience.
• 1+ years working for a governmental public health agency.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Platform Developer I preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead large projects as a technical and advisory resource.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates on projects.
• Drive client satisfaction and contribute to proposals.
• Work within SAFe Agile Release Train and participate in PI planning.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWCs, and Flow.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on solution design.
• Translate public health requirements into technical implementations.
