**TITLE: SALESFORCE SOLUTION ARCHITECT (SALES CLOUD)** **Location:** Nashville, TN (Remote / 20% Travel) **Pay Rate:** $80/hr - $105/hr **Contract Duration:** 9 Months (7-Week Discovery + 7-Month Build) **Summary** Our client (in the Technology Industry) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in core Salesforce functionality, specifically Sales Cloud, to lead a major enterprise project. You will kick off a 7-week discovery phase with a core team of seven before scaling into a full 7-month build phase. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end architectural strategy and hands-on design. **Description – Salesforce Solution Architect (Sales Cloud)*** Lead the architectural strategy, design, and system topology for core Salesforce, focusing heavily on Sales Cloud implementation.* Drive the initial 7-week discovery phase to evaluate technical requirements, business processes, and system integration points.* Partner with client stakeholders in the Nashville area, traveling on-site periodically throughout the project lifecycle.* Scale and guide technical leadership as the project team expands from 7 members into a larger development team for the 7-month build phase.* Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions, ensuring Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.**Qualifications – Salesforce Solution Architect (Sales Cloud)*** Extensive experience acting as a Lead or Solution Architect within the Salesforce ecosystem, with deep mastery of core Sales Cloud features.* Proven track record leading discovery workshops, defining target architecture, and overseeing full-lifecycle build phases.* Strong ability to collaborate with client executive leadership, project managers, and cross-functional technical teams.* Willingness to travel to the client site in the Nashville area a few times throughout the duration of the engagement.* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect or Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.**Benefits*** Pay Rate: **:** $80/hr - $105/hr* Available health, life, vision, and dental insurance* 401K Matching* Flexible remote work structure with travel accommodations covered
