Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design scalable multi-cloud architectures and align technical roadmaps with complex business goals. You will lead discovery sessions, govern data models, and drive integration across Salesforce Clouds, Apex and LWC, while guiding engineering teams from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud Salesforce architectures and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in data modeling, identity resolution, and complex system designs.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce core technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong background in leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
