BairesDev is seeking a Principal Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise multi-cloud implementations, aligning technical design with business goals and ensuring scalable Salesforce ecosystems.

You will guide integration patterns, data models, and identity resolution, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into architectural blueprints. This is 100% remote with flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture or related senior roles.
• Proven expertise in multi-cloud design across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, and best practices in custom development.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution.

Responsibilities

Principal Salesforce Architect at BairesDev

As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level multi-cloud solutions that drive business value. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning complex technical architectures with organizational goals to ensure a scalable and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Architect and oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
• Define and enforce technical standards for custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Design robust integration patterns to facilitate seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Establish comprehensive data models and identity resolution strategies to ensure data integrity and a unified customer view.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in Salesforce architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
