Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Principal Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. You will align complex architectures with business goals to ensure scalable, high-performing ecosystems and act as a strategic technical advisor.

You will drive end-to-end delivery across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds, setting standards for Apex/LWC and integration patterns while mentoring engineering teams. This role is fully remote and globally distributed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture or related senior roles.
• Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Clouds.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development best practices.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end delivery of integrated Salesforce solutions across Clouds.
• Define and enforce technical standards for custom development using Apex and LWC.
• Design robust integration patterns to connect Salesforce with external systems.

As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level multi-cloud solutions that drive business value.
