Job summary

PIXIE is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to bridge business requirements with the Salesforce platform. You will lead functional architecture across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, drive backlog and delivery, and collaborate closely with delivery leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, data integrations, and scalable data models for growth. You will guide offshore developers, support eSignature workflows with Conga and DocuSign, and optimize

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IT/Business experience.
• 5–7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce functional architecture and solution design experience.
• Experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integrations, ETL, Snowflake, and data fabrics.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot and downstream enterprise systems.
• Experience with Conga Composer and DocuSign eSignature.
• Strong experience with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Lucidchart, and/or Visio.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution architecture across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and functional designs.
• Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, L1/L2 support resolution, and enhancement delivery.
• Partner closely with the Delivery Lead while providing architectural and functional direction.
• Design and optimize Experience Cloud portals, including scheduling, customer profiles, invoice management, and future e-commerce capabilities.
• Manage functional data flows and integrations, including HubSpot-to-Salesforce lead routing and multiple downstream systems.
• Create and maintain SOPs supporting proposal management, governance, and operational consistency.
• Guide and unblock the Offshore Salesforce Developer through daily requirements and solution reviews.
• Support document generation, eSignature, and storage workflows using Conga, DocuSign, and AWS.
• Design scalable Salesforce data models and prepare the platform for future growth.

As part of an ongoing Salesforce optimization and enhancement initiative, we are looking for a senior Salesforce Solution Architect / Functional Lead to serve as the bridge between business requirements and the Salesforce platform.

The consultant will take a proactive, hands-on role in reducing the enhancement backlog, improving cross-system data flows, supporting production issues, and maximizing the use of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Missions
