Ledgent Technology is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect (B2B Commerce) to partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance and IT in Irvine, CA. This direct-hire role is 4 days onsite per week and focuses on optimizing Salesforce-powered business processes and revenue-generating applications.

The candidate should have 7+ years in Business Analysis or Salesforce, 5+ years in Salesforce B2B Commerce, and strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT application experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce B2B Commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and support.
• Experience with lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Salesforce certifications are highly valued.

Mansioni

• Support, analyze, and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance-related platforms
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configurations, and technical solutions
• Serve as a key point of contact for platform support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency
• Document requirements, configurations, process flows, and technical solutions
• Lead and participate in UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and release activities
• Support end-user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system support
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions
