Job summary

Concord USA is seeking an SFCC Architect and Team Lead to design scalable omni-channel solutions built on SFRA. You will guide a global engineering team, own technical health, and manage critical third‑party integrations for a high-performance ecommerce platform.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in enterprise ecommerce, 5+ years in SFCC/SFRA, and proven leadership in fast-paced retail settings. Remote US work possible; LA-area visits preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering enterprise-scale ecommerce solutions.
• 5+ years architectural experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFRA).
• Proven track record leading engineering teams in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable SFRA-based storefront architecture for SFCC.
• Mentor engineers and oversee project delivery across teams.
• Collaborate with product, QA, UX, and stakeholders on specs.
• Own deployment, performance, and reliability of production systems.
