Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations, translating complex business requirements into well-architected solutions and serving as a functional and technical leader across domains to drive transformation.

You will engage stakeholders, define outcomes, provide effort estimates, and collaborate with delivery teams to realize measurable value through Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) / ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis skills with fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce projects across multiple business domains and act as functional and technical leader.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates and assess benefits and risks.
• Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for implementations.
