Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or product analysis.
• Proven knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements for customer handling processes.
• Develop workflow diagrams and business process maps.
• Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
