Job summary

Cherokee Federal seeks an Agentforce Salesforce Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across a government project in a mission-critical public sector environment. The Scrum Master will align the Salesforce development team with government stakeholders, track velocity, and manage the sprint backlog with the product owner.

Responsibilities include coaching the team on Agile, removing impediments, and synchronizing cross-team dependencies such as Data Cloud and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Advanced Agile certification (ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP).
• 7-10 years' Scrum Master experience in complex enterprise environments.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the development team and government stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the sprint backlog, prioritizing with the product owner.
• Track and report team performance, velocity, and sprint progress.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to delivery.
• Coordinate communication between development, stakeholders, and partners.
• Coach the team on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, including Data Cloud and CI/CD gates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
