Job summary

Thunder seeks an Agile Scrum Master to drive agile delivery for a cross-functional Salesforce Federal Delivery team focused on Experience Cloud portals and Agentforce AI projects.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and partner with product owners to maintain federal-compliant delivery flow across sprints. Strong Salesforce experience and security-clearance readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile sprint facilitation in federal IT or government consulting.
• Experience leading Salesforce projects with Experience Cloud and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Sprint Facilitation: lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Blocker Removal: identify and eliminate impediments and dependencies.
• Agile Governance & Compliance: align sprint activities with agency security assessments, NIST, and ATO milestones.
• Metrics & Reporting: track velocity, burndown, sprint capacity, and release readiness (Jira/Azure DevOps).
• Agile Coaching: mentor team members, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile values and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Alignment: ensure transparent communication between teams and leadership across sprints.
