Job summary

Triwill Group seeks an Agentforce Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a mission-critical public sector project in the United States. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate across Salesforce development teams, product leadership, government stakeholders, and external partners.

Responsibilities include backlog management, performance tracking, impediment removal, and ensuring platform readiness through collaboration with stakeholders.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Agentforce Salesforce Scrum Master based in the United States.

This role will facilitate Agile delivery for a Salesforce Agentforce project supporting a mission-critical public sector environment.

You will serve as the central facilitator connecting Salesforce development teams, product leadership, government stakeholders, and external mission partners.

The position combines Scrum leadership, delivery coordination, performance tracking, backlog management, and continuous improvement.

You will help teams maintain delivery momentum by removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring priorities remain clear.

The role requires enough Salesforce and Agentforce knowledge to support technical planning, story estimation, and platform readiness discussions.

You will operate in a complex enterprise environment where strong organization, communication, and Agile expertise are essential.
