Stand Together is seeking a Partnership Success Associate in Arlington, VA to manage portfolio operations, donor materials, and day-to-day workflows for donor engagement. You will ensure accurate data in Salesforce, coordinate materials, and support meetings and events with a focus on reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising/development, project coordination, operations, account support, customer success, sales support, or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of producing accurate work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines and recurring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own core portfolio operations and recurring workflows to keep donor-facing teams informed and prepared.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and hygiene for donor and prospect records, activity, opportunities, and next steps.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting inputs, contribution records, reports, donor lists, and portfolio tools.
• Prepare and assemble meeting materials, collateral, briefing inputs, stewardship products, proposals, and other donor-facing materials.
• Coordinate donor meetings, visits, and events, including schedules, logistics, and day-of execution.
• Execute recurring communications and portfolio processes, including follow-ups, reminders, and updates.
