Job summary

TechDigital Group is looking for an experienced Functional Tester in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Functional Manual Testing, deep knowledge of SFDC Sales and Service Cloud, and experience with JIRA and Agile.

The position requires robust testing skills, particularly in Functional Testing and Quote to Cash processes. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

1. 6 + Years of experience in Functional Manual Testing
2. 3+ Years of testing experience in SFDC Sales CPQ testing - (Quote to Cash Knowledge - Mandatory)
3. Experience of Testing Life Cycle, Testing artifacts, Sandboxes, Test Data creation etc.
4. Deep understanding of sales cloud and service cloud
5. SFDC Sales Cloud : Good understanding of Account->Lead->Quote->Order business process and underlying SFDC objects
6. SFDC Service Cloud : Good understanding of Account->Case->service work flow and underlying SFDC objects
7. Experience in system testing, integration testing, regression and acceptance testing
8. Hands on experience of JIRA for defect tracking, reporting and project stakeholder communication
9. Experience of Agile/Scrum - Way of Working, Backlog planning, daily stand-up, retrospection
