Job summary

Kellton is seeking a senior Quality Analyst to drive test planning, execution, and data management for complex software applications. You will collaborate with developers, PMs, and business stakeholders to define testing strategies and ensure quality across multiple levels and environments.

The role requires hands-on testing, strong SQL skills, and experience with automated testing tools and Salesforce, within an Agile Scrum setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a quality assurance analyst or tester
• Strong customer and business focus
• Experience with user-centered design and usability testing
• Experience with Atlassian toolset and Confluence
• Understanding of Oracle database and able to write SQL queries
• Experience with test driven or behavior driven development practices
• Energetic and passionate about work, solution driven
• Experience working on large teams with multiple business owners
• Experience with Agile Scrum
• Scripting experience using applicable languages
• Salesforce experience
• Experience with automated testing tools – SOAPUI, TOSCA, Scriptless Automation
• Hands-on testing of complex technical applications
• Experience communicating with business leadership and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Test planning: define objectives for testing software changes at different levels
• Test monitoring and control: track progress and adjust plans as needed
• Test analysis and design: transform objectives into test conditions and cases
• Test implementation and execution: develop, set up, and run tests
• Test data provisioning and data management for testing
• Prepare expected results and provide methods to generate them
• Provide test comparison tools for results
• Capture end-to-end business processes and create realistic test data sets
• Script setup of data and data files for testing environments
• Ensure compliance with client software testing standards and policies
